Why choose Gabriel

When you choose me, Gabriel, for astrological consultation, coaching, instruction or a presentation, you get a package deal. My work, once based primarily in the "metaphysics" of astrology --see my Brief History below-- has grown to be a sort of collaboration between my commitment as a healer, my dedication to transformational self-awareness, and the various "supports" I receive for this mission from those guides who whisper in my ears, guide my voice or guide my pen (keyboard).

I distinguish myself from the astrological pack in a number of ways. I don't support tabloid or other mass media applications of astrology (or to publicize my work) I don't promote decision making based upon predictions of what is to come, and I don't use any sort of pre-fabricated tools (like computer print-outs) to support the creation of my readings. Instead I approach each individual and the reading of their chart as a unique healing opportunity upon which I call on my 'accompaniment' to create and provide for my client fresh, precise and situationally relevant information.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF ME                                                                                                 

I began my early studies of Astrology (at age 17) with the intention to prove to myself its absurdity. Needless to say my studies turned things around. While I still find the majority of applications of Astrology somewhat questionable, most notably most of what one reads on social media, other websites, in the magazines, sees on TV and supermarket checkout counters, I have discovered the "logic" to be, for whatever reasons (very specific 'metaphysical' ones) quite sound.  In fact I have some clear and specific ideas, related to spirituality, as to how astrology "works". This has been communicated in pieces throughout this website.

Yet Astrology is not my core "thing" in life, though it has been a constant companion and contribution, an ongoing study and practice. While the 'endpoint' of all I do is the Ascension of Humanity, my central work has been and continues to be healing, in one form or another, typically through some manner of communication, training, or activity. This includes training in Yoga and Chi Gong, Yoga Therapy, and therapeutic massage.  For the past 30+ years I have been a messenger of sorts, and since 2012 my messages regard our changing times.   My Metaphysical "Resume" 

I have degrees in Education and Philosophy, advanced study in Psychology, many years work experience as a Special Education teacher, and as an administrator of non-profit programs for the vocational rehabilitation of adults with disabilities. I am also a student and teacher of Yoga, Chi Gong, and Meditation, with nearaly 50 years of experience. In recent years I lived in the Andean foothills of Chile where I worked as an Astrologer, massage therapist, speaker and  provider of Yoga Therapy and other related therapeutic interventions. ~|~
